With the importance of self-leadership crystal clear to Maxwell, and curiosity regarding the interpersonal, sales became an obvious arena to apply coaching and experience from the military. This, combined with her qualities such as frank speaking, creativity, powerful listening and great capacity for delivery, took both her and the groups she worked with forward at a rapid pace. A collaboration with Hyper Island both in Stockholm, Manchester and London gave Maxwell the opportunity to bring new enthusiasm to delivering leadership training and especially executive coaching.
Maxwell is an Internationally Certified Coach and Internationally Certified Executive Coach, by the International Coaching Community (ICC) via Unestål Education. Maxwell also holds an Internationally Coaching Diploma in accordance with ICF's core values.
Maxwell has many years of experience in change management and change leadership, not least in the constantly changing telecom industry. Working with start-ups as well as closures of offices, mergers and spin-offs, and at the same time deliver the same results or usually better than before. She is used to considering wants, needs, results and strategic direction, to then build, deliver and evaluate training programs and concepts, small-scale as well as corporation-wide.
She has owned, stipulated and built educational concepts for more than a decade. Supported managers and team leaders in how they can provide support to their employees, to achieve the desired results. She is used to having an ongoing pedagogical sales-training responsibility and has been responsible for the successful implementation of a proven sales-call rhetoric, well-proven sales training, and sales coaching during one of the major mergers in Swedish telecom.
In the context of mergers, Maxwell was responsible for how the commercial plan is expressed rhetorically to and by everyone, both in-house and outsourcing partners, so that the customer is met by a consistent conversational rhetoric with a high recognition factor, regardless which of all 800 employees they speak to. Maxwell has a unique experience and capability of creating revenue by optimising the customer encounter, with happier customers and better business as a result.
